NOTICE OF ADOPTED AMENDMENTS
52. In Section 2.3.1.3 of Exhibit B to Appendix B, the Board struck a reference to "2-
level" flow RATA and "3-level" RATA and amended provisions regarding RATA
load levels and additional RATA requirements. The Board also struck references
to "operating level" and "single level" and "flow monitors".
53. In Section 2.3.2 of Exhibit B to Appendix B, the Board struck a reference to
"single level" RATA and amended language regarding multiple-load flow
RATAs. The Board also struck references to "operating level" and to bias.
54. In Section 2.4 of Exhibit B to Appendix B, the Board amended language
regarding RATA frequency.
55. In Section 2.5 of Exhibit B to Appendix B, the Board added language regarding
conditional data validation procedures and associated timelines.
56. In Figure 1 for Exhibit B to Appendix B, which addresses quality assurance test
requirements, the Board amended language in the various footnotes.
57. In Section 2.3.1 of Exhibit C to Appendix B, the Board added language clarifying
variables in Equation F-18a regarding calculation of hourly heat input rate.
58. In Section 2.3.2 of Exhibit C to Appendix B, the Board added language clarifying
variables in Equation F-18b regarding calculation of cumulative heat input.
59. In Section 3 of Exhibit C to Appendix B, the Board replaced language under the
variable for standard pressure in order to clarify Equation F-22 regarding
conversion of volumetric flow at actual temperature and pressure to standard
temperature and pressure.
60. In Section 4.1.1 of Exhibit C to Appendix B, the Board amended the key to the
variables for Equation F-28 regarding determination of hourly mercury mass
emissions.
61. In Section 4.1.2 of Exhibit C to Appendix B, the Board amended the key to the
variables for Equation F-29 regarding determination of hourly mercury mass
emissions.
62. To establish a Section 9.0 of Exhibit C to Appendix B, the Board inserted the
heading "9.0 Calibration and Standardization".
