Nov. 20, 1929. Mr. Elmer Smith, Carpentersville, Ill.
My Dear Elmer;
I have delayed longer than you did in the matter of this library item and with less excuse. I am at last enclosing it for you to make any use of that you may think best. Pleas e feel entirely free to make alterations, additions or any changes that seem best. (With this in mind I am returning your letter, that you may have at hand the original data on which the article is based.)
Mother is much improved, since our arrival here. Goes up and down stairs to meals, attends church and a week ago took a two hundred mile auto trip without feeling any ill effects. So long as she continues well, our stay here is a success.
Please remember me to my fellow members of the board.
Yours sincerely,
Fred Hall
