Perhaps you saw the article in the Courier-News that Miss Helen Ballman put in and in which she mentioned our lack of room for library and reading purposes, that is a good point to bear down on and one that Mrs. Kerch has spoken of several times in connection with a building for library purposes only and to me the Dr. Cleveland home seems an ideal piece of property for such a
purpose. Well guess I had better call this enough so will quit, hoping that your mother and yourself are pleasantly and happily situated.
