back of card: G.C.I6-INDIAN WATCHTOWER. DESERT VIEW GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK A detailed view of the Indian Watchtower, recently completed at Desert View, on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon of Arizona. The Kiva, or Indian ceremonial room, is the low, round structure adjoining the Tower. The building follows the ancient Indian construction, blending into the Canyon's rim and appearing to have stood there for centuries.
