Pursuant to a oall by the meyor the oounoil of the City of Hpperville, Illinois, met in special session pt 7:30 v. %n.
Present: K8,vor amsh and Comrars. Coleman, Tnck and Thompeon.
Absent: Gomirr. Pohr.
Ipproved bills to the amount of ^ 566.82, were presented and on motion of Commr. Thompson the bills were allowed. YeaB: Mayor Grush and Commrs. Coleman, i^nck and Thomr^son. Naye: None.
Pursuant to tmbliBhed notices bids were rftcelred u until eight ofclock 1*. l*. for the oonstruction of the imrroveneiits consisting of a msin water supply "oipe in Park Addition, and a sanitary tewer in Brainard Str et. The bids received were orened by the mayor in the presence of the council, and were as follows:

The bide were referred to the -public engineer for tabulation and recommendation, and the said engineer reported recommending and awarding of the contracts to Kuehn Brothers.
Oommr. Knok moved that the bids rem©in on flid in the mayor's office for publio inspection for forty ei^t hours. Motion oarried. Yeas: Mayor Grush and Commrs. Coleman, Knck and Thompson. Nays: None.
On motion of Commr. Coleman the Council adjourned.
