WINS PRESIDENT'S MEDAL—George R. Kuester, 2429 South 14th avenue, Broadview, captain of plant protection guards at Buick's bomber engine plant in Melrose Park, was presented with the National Safety Council award by Manufacturing Manager Joseph G. Hammond on Friday, July 30. The medal was awarded for saving the life of a drowning child by artificial resuscitation.
