At that time, registration forms maybe completed and fees may be paid. Registration forms will be available at the table inside the front door. Social Security numbers are required for each student. All new students must bring an original birth certificate with them. Physical exam / immunization forms due for K, 5th and 9th graders will be accepted. To complete registration for school K, 5th & 9th graders must have current immunizations and physical exam. Partial payment of fees will be applied in the following order, 1) textbooks, 2) classroom courses, 3) athletics / activities, 4) insurance. Unless anangements for payment are made, students will be dropped from classes or activities for which fees are unpaid. To be eligible to participate, fees for athletics, cheerleading and color guard must be paid before the first game of the season. Lunch and milk tickets will be available for purchaseat registration. A separate check is required for cafeteria fees. Parents whose children qualify for free or reduced lunch may request a waiver or partial waiver of textbook fees and /or other specific fees upon written application to the superintendent. A newsletter with registration information has been mailed to all parents of students in the school district files. If you did not receive one, and plan to enroll your child in school district 158, stop by the central ofiice and pick one up. Village plans hydrant flushing The Village of Huntiey Public Works Department will be flushing fire hydrants on Thursday, Aug. 17, 1995 from 11:00p.m. ~ 7:00a.m, weather permitting. For 24 hours after flushing, please avoid doing laundry or other cleaning. Board of Education presents minutes The board of school district #158, Huntley Consolidated Schools, H^k^py, held its regular meeting on Jullv 15, 1995 in the administiation building. The meeting was called to order by president Heavey at 7:30pm. The following members answered present: Ms. Price, Mr. Crabill, Mr. Ruth, Mr. Heavey, and Mr. Wright. Absent: Mr. EllisonandMr. Bauman. Item 1: Mr. Crabill moved, Mr. Heavey 2nd to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of May 15, 1995.5 yeas, 0 nays, motion carried. Item 2: Ms, Price moved, Mr. Crabill 2nd to approve the minutes of the special meeting of May 20, 1995. 5 yeas, 0 nays, motion carried. Item 3: Mr. Wright moved, Mr. Crabill 2nd to approve the minutes of the executive session during the regular meeting of May 15,1995. 5 yeas, 0 nays, motion carried. Item 4: Mr. Wright moved, Mr. Crabill 2nd to approve the SIP Waiver Application. 5 yeas, 0 nays, motion carried.
