Melahn Re-Zoning Turned Down
The Zoning Board of AppeaJs turn¬ ed down the rezoning of 12 acnes ol iand from R2 to R4 in bade ot the Huntley Cemetery. The vote was unanjnuous by the board. The rezon- ii^ was requeued by Riciiaid Me¬ lahn and Weloome Home Corp.
At the beginning of the meeting Mr. Michael Oaidwell, Village At- twney, vres asked by Mr. Brunschon, Presidenit of the Board, to aot as Ooterm diadnnan. Mr. OaidweH ask¬
ed if there were any attorneys pre sent representing the objectora. He then asked if there were any ob¬ jectors present. Forty-three objec¬ tors identified themselves as being from the Village of Hiaitley or repre- resenting boardis or orgianiTiaitions lo¬ cated in the Village of Huntley.
