May 22nd., 1974 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by President Parisek, with Cotnmisskitieni Mackeben, Parisek, Ream and T\ires present. The Secretary was asked to read the mdnutes ot the previous meet¬ ing of 4-24-74, after which a mo¬ tion was made by Mr. Madcelien, seconded by Mr. Tureg, to approve the minutes es read. All C^Onanis- sioners voted aye and the motien cartied. The Treasurers report wes then presented showing a balance in the checking aoooui^ of $13,485.17. A inc<Mon was made by Mr. Reem. seconded by Mr. Pansdc, to aocept the report as read. All Cotnmls- s'lonens voted aiye and ttie repott was filed for audit. The President then presented the monthly biHi after wtiidi a motioo was made by Mr. Tures, seoonded by Mr. Reiun, to pay dl biHs as presented. Upon roll cail ail Com- misnoners voted aye and the mo¬ tion eanied. Next a nioticQ was made by Mr. Ream, seconded fay Mr. Tures, to redect Mr. Paiisek as Presideat and Mr. Mackeben as Vice President ct the imard for the cotning year. All CommissionerB voted aye and the matlon oanied. retain Atty. Hanry Contlln ss tfae Park Distrkt AtUxney for tfae next two years. AU Oommisskmeis voted aye and the motion oaniad. Mr. Ream then made a motion, which was secMided by Mr. TXiree, to retain Mrs. Wetrich as Secrttaiy- Treasurer for the next two years at a salary of $650.00 per year. Mr. Mackeben then repotted that the clean up project of the cabin was going very wdl and that the Boy Scouts ptaoned to use the cabin for their next meeting. Mr. Parisek then preaested a sched\Jo of games for the womens baseball league, wiUch he inecdved from Mr. Heiman Krause. After some disoussion and ao in- speotion by the boatd meinbers of the lands<»ping anxuid the admin- iatration bufiding it was dedded that Mr. Paiisek would meet with Mr. Cina of Fox Valley Landscape to discuss ihe matter as sooo as conveniendy possible. There bdng no ftutiier business to oome befoiie the board a motion was made by Mr. Parisek, sa(»oded by Mr. Tures, to adjourn.
