Huntley Library Storyhour
The Huntley Library will sponsor Library Hours during June 12th through July 12th, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00-11:30 am, at the Grade School Media Center.
Adults — Need to check out a good book or plan a vacation spot? Come browse through the available books! Discover the many fiction, non-fiction, hobby, art and craft books that could fill your summer.

Park District Dance Recital
"Miss Jill" Schaefer gives each dance participant a daisy following Huntley Park District's Dance Recital on May 30. A new session of dance clsisses will begin on Mondays, June 11-July 16 for ages 3 through adult at the Deicke Recreation Center. Classes will be directed towards beginning students, but those who have attended previous classes are welcome to attend also. The fee for each class is $25. Sessions are Ballet/Tap (6-8 yrs) 2:00; Creative Movement (3-5 yrs) 3:00; Ballet/Tap (9-12 yrs) 4:00; Jazz (14-adult) 5:00; Tap (14-adult) 7:00. To register call the Park District at 669-3180. .
Congratulations, Claslof "90"!
Fifty-seven eighth grade students received their diplomas at the Junior High Graduation Ceremony held on Thufsday evening, May 31st, 1990, in the Huntley School gymnasium.
Dominica Harlani^ Class of "90" Valedictorian and Kelly Cook, Class of "90" Salutatorian, addressed their fellow classmates and audience with a delightful speech.
There were several achieve¬ ment and scholastic awards given at the graduation ceremony. Guy Voss was awarded the Donahue Memorial award. Michelle Schmidt and Guy Voss received the American Legion awards. Fourteen Presidential Academic Fitness awards were given out that evening. These awards went to: Mat Bakley, Mike Brown, Kelly Cook, Jacki Greve, Dominica Harlan, Amy Jones, McHenry Kane, Jamie Ketchmark, Amy Martin, Chris Myers, Michelle Schmidt, Carrie Von Bosse, Amanda Yerke and Joanna Zawada.
The class procession was led by seventh grade marshalls. Heather Cook and Tracy Drufke, Andrea Jaroch, Kelly Stensing, and Tanya Zemon were the seventh grade ushers for the graduation.
CONGRATULATIONS, Junior High Class of 199011 We're so proud of you all! We hope you have a super summer, and wish you the very best of luck as you enter Huntley High School in the fall of 19901
