Huntley hosted one of the 32 I.H.S.A. District Gdrls Bowling Toumaments on Saturdiaiy, February 1, 1975. Borlingtoin CentnaJ, Hanip- ehire, Genoa Kingstion, Kaneiand, Sycamore, and Hoatley ware ttie sdKxris entered. The Uj^eot tour scoring schools at the eod of the round advanced to the second iiound. Eadi round consisted of 3 ganies.

Twenty-nine students from Mc¬ Hemy County College have been seieoled for listinp in "Who's Who Among Students in American Junior CoBeges," 1975 edition.
Tlie studenits were selected by MCC faculty members and the counseling staff bxsed cm academ¬ ic standing, service to the com¬ munity amd leadership in extra¬ curricular activities.
In ad^tion to being listed, these students will recedve Certifi¬ cates of Merit from Who's Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges.
''Who's Wlvwi Among Students in American Junior Colleges" a volume pitblished annually to honor out¬ standing community college students will include 36 students from Elgin Community College in its 1975 edi¬ tion.

The 55 th annual Little Eight Con- fercnos Toumameni', was held last work, JaJBuary 27-31 at Hiawatha High Schooi in K'rkland, Fo- Red¬ skin wane, It was a time of glory as their heroes won this tourna¬ ment for the second time in the school's hiatoory.
The Redsidns were rated by the coaches of tiie oonference as the favo^te to win this toufmamertt, and the Redskins proved the coaches correct.
They didn't open action in the tournament until Wednesday night when they played the Hnmp^hirc Whippur^, who defeated Hebron to gain the matcliup with the Redskins. In a very slew gams which empba- si/ed ball c^nt-ol the Rmi'-ViTi squad i!:fV'atrd the Whippurs 41-20.
