On Marcb 19th the voters of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Mc¬ Henry and WiU counties will de¬ cide on tbe Regionfd Transporta¬ tion Authority BUI. If this biU is passed, eight directors will be ap¬ pointed. There wlU be four from the City of Chicago, two from Sob- faurbasi Cook County and two fTom DuBage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties. Eadi of tbe direc¬ tors will serve a five-year term at a salary of $200 per day, not to exceed $26,000 a year. The tight directors will appoint a chairman who wiil be en^doyed full time. The directors will also decide what salary the cfasiman should receive.
