The flag was presented to Mayor Donald Enstrom by Congressman Robert MoClory. Other <«gn4taries present were State Xepi Cal SUooer, Jr., Huntley bicentenniai chairaian Hedy Leonard, Huntley's 125th birthday chairman Louise Kreutzer, dvic and dub offidals from the village and members of the Mc¬ Henry Oounty bioentennial commit¬ tee. Many of those present wore costumes of Uie Revolutionary War era and dresses depicting styles from throughout the hi^ry of our coimtry. Music for the event was provided by members of the Hunt¬ ley High School Band, on the band stand recentiy painted by tlie Jay¬ cees. "America (he Beauitiful** was sung by Mrs. Mary Earner of Urdon, who was accompanied by Mrs. Mae Chesak. A spedai award was given to Miss Mary Ornberg who designed Huntiey's otficial bicemtenial seal. The rdigious portion of Hte program waa conducted by Rev. Robert Frank, pastor of the 1st CongregSr tiotiai Church. la his speech Rep. It was repoi-ted that more pe<^le attended the Huntley dedication than were in attendance at Woodstodc, the oounty seat Joint Installation at American Legion The HunUey American Lagion and Legion Auxiliary held a joint, installation last Satuiday, Mjr HfiSi i ait the Huntley Legion Home. Pictured above are new Auxiliary officers installed by Mrs. Jero^ne Murphy. Tbey are: Presideat Hedy Leonard, Secretary Mabel Sc^ullj;, Treasrurer Arlene Mattingly, Eii- torioa Mae Cheaaic, Sgt.
