The 'Board ot Review ot Clay County has completed its work for the year and adjourned. According to the llgnrea ot the Board, the r«al estate of the county has an assessed vaiue> ot $4,809,313 and the personal property la valued at |l,126.0>'i0. Value of telephone and telegraph $14,107. Total valne ot all property as Used by the Board ot Review is t5.94S,«00. Itemised value ot Imprwred lands 249,780 acres valued at $3,145,772; aniraproved lands 42,057 acres, val¬ ued at |S88,09S. Town and city lots Improved 2345, valued at |1S4.4S
