a. City of Chicago: #07-24406-C-3 (Cook – N. Chicago)
Intervenor, Board of Education, originally filed with PTAB on 4-9-09. A total of
90 days has been granted for submission of evidence. Intervenor is requesting an
additional extension for the submission of evidence. Per letter from intervenor,
dated 8-24-09, an appraiser has been retained. Letter from appraiser is not
included with request.
b. Philip Porpora: #05-28070-C-3 (Cook –Maine)
Lawson Products: #07-22809-C-2 (Cook – Maine)
In each of the above appeals, the intervenors, Maine Township H.S.D. #207 and
Des Plaines S.D. #62, originally filed with PTAB on 4-20-09 and 3-23-09,
respectively. A total of 90 days has been granted for submission of evidence.
Both intervenors are requesting an additional 30 days to prepare and file evidence.
c. Waveland Property Group: #07-28734-C-3 (Cook – Maine)
Intervenors, Maine Township H.S.D. #207 & East Maine S.D. #63, both
originally filed with PTAB on 4-7-09. A total of 90 days has been granted for
submission of evidence. Intervenors are requesting a final 30 day extension to
complete the approval process from the BOR for a possible settlement, or, if such
approval is not obtained, submit competent written or documentary evidence.
