Notice is hereby given that the Commission in conference on October 6, 2010, DETERMINED, pursuant to 220 ILCS 5/16-111.5(d)(3), that no hearing is necessary.

Notice is also given that the Administrative Law Judge has granted the petitions to intervene filed by the following entities: (1) Commonwealth Edison Company (filed 9/30/10), (2) Constellation Energy Commodities Group, Inc. (filed 10/1/10), (3) Iberdrola Renewables, Inc. (filed 10/1/10), (4) Duke Energy Generation Services Holding Company, Inc. (filed 10/1/10), (5) Retail Energy Supply Association (filed 10/4/10), (6) Ameren Illinois Company (filed 10/4/10), (7) Wind on the Wires (filed 10/4/10), (8) Exelon Generation Company, LLC (filed 10/5/10), and (9) Citizens Utility Board (filed 10/6/10).
Notice is further given that the October 1, 2010 “Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Bret A. Dublinske as Counsel for Duke Energy Generation Services Holding Company, Inc.” is granted.
Notice is further given that the Illinois Power Agency, Staff, and the parties are hereby given leave to file responses to the objections to the Draft Power Procurement Plan on or before October 18, 2010. Any replies thereto must be received by October 27, 2010. Each response and reply shall be verified. Any party submitting a response or reply shall identify the particular objection(s) to which its response or reply pertains. Copies of any such responses and replies shall be served on other parties and the Administrative Law Judge in Word format.
