a. Mike & Barbara Ray: #08-29535-C-2 (Cook – Hanover)
1435 North Plum Grove CIC: #08-29536-C-3 (Cook – Schaumburg)
In each of the above appeals, appellant filed with PTAB on 8-31-09. A total of
120 days has been granted for the submission of evidence. Each appellant is
requesting an extension for the submission of additional written or documentary
evidence.
b. Minooka CHSD #111 & #201: #08-01591-I-1 (Grundy)
Appellant originally filed with PTAB on 3-11-09. A total of 270 days has been
granted for the submission of evidence. Appellant is requesting a 90 day
extension until after the stay is lifted by the Bankruptcy Court. Request states that
taxpayer is involved as a debtor in a bankruptcy proceeding pending in the
Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York.
c. Minooka Comm. S.D. #111 & #201: #08-01592-I-1 (Grundy)
Appellant is the taxing body and originally filed with PTAB on 3-11-09. A total
of 270 days has been granted for the submission of evidence. Appellant is
requesting an additional 90 day extension. Request states that a settlement
agreement with SAPA Industrial Extrusions has been entered into and that after
Grundy County Board of Review approves a revision to the assessed value for the
2010 assessment year, the Intervenors will withdraw from PTAB docket numbers
06-00589-I-3, 07-02614-I-3, and the above referenced matter, 08-01592-I-1.
Request states that the anticipated withdrawal will take place 30 days after the
approval from the Grundy County Board of Review.
